Funding amounts vary by country. Up to five working days can be funded according to the applicable Erasmus+ rates as well as the corresponding travel allowance. Longer mobilities usually cannot be funded because of budgetary restrictions.

Up to two teaching stays per person and academic year can be funded. Lecturers who have not yet received Erasmus+ funding have preference.

How?

Some weeks before the teaching mobility begins,  please document your plans in the Teaching Agreement (sigend also by the host and your supervisor or Erasmus Departmental Coordinator) and prepare the internal Business Travel request .
