Counselling, coaching and dealing with conflicts

For all employees

  • All employees of the university can make use of the external counselling service for problems, worries and conflicts. Anyone interested should contact the counselling centre directly; the counselling is confidential and the counsellors are bound by professional secrecy.

For researchers and lecturers

The Academic Staff Development offers all reserachers and lecturers at the university the following support, among others:

  • Individual coaching and counselling. Free of charge and confidential, in presence, by telephone and video conference.
  • ASD care package for researchers in times of Corona. Develop personal strategies for everyday work and career in the Corona pandemic.

University Outpatient Clinic

The University Outpatient Clinic offers behavioural therapy-oriented treatment of mental disorders in the form of individual and group settings (e.g. social skills training) to people aged 18 and over.

Billing is done as usual in the health system (members of statutory health insurance funds, privately insured persons and self-payers).

The outpatient clinic is part of the working group of Prof. Dr. Daniela Mier.
