At the University of Konstanz, you can study at a modern, internationally leading research university. We have been continuously successful in the German Excellence competitions since 2007 and feature in top positions in rankings such as the CHE University Ranking. With 210 professors and more than 6,500 rooms, we are among the medium-sized universities in Germany. Our campus is perched on a hilltop overlooking Konstanz with a great view of Lake Constance and the Alps.
Our 11,200 students from all over the world appreciate the close ties between research and teaching as well as our well-equipped rooms. In between classes, students can actively shape life on campus, enjoy our beer garden or cool off in the lake.
