Academic Staff Development (ASD)
Our Academic Staff Development is the central point of contact for researchers across all career levels for staff development, career support and the development of teaching skills.
The ASD provides advisory services to researchers who have come here as refugees. These services are tailored to their individual needs and personal life situations. The ASD offers, for example
- events informing about the German academic system
- in regards to doctoral studies, research and scientific careers at the University of Konstanz.
