Unser Rückblick auf die Public Sustainability Week 2023 im Wintersemester.

Die Public Sustainability Week 2023 war die erste ihrer Art und ein gemeinsames Projekt vieler Hochschulgruppen und der Green Offices der HTWG und Uni. Dabei stand die aktuelle Klimakatastrophe im Fokus. Wir haben uns in öffentlichen Vorlesungen in Uni und HTWG, Wokshops und unterschiedlichsten Aktionen vielseitig mit dem Thema beschäftigkt. Dabei wurden von Nachhaltigkeit im eigenen Leben, über Fragen auf die eigene Beeinflussung durch und auf die Klimakathastrophe, bis hin zu der Berichterstattung zu bestimmten Klimarisiken in der Öffentlichkeit viel diskutiert. Aktiv wurden wir zum Beispiel durch eine Müllsammelaktion, Taschu- und Gebrauchtwarenangebote, einer Demo bis zu einer Tischmesse und Podiumsdiskussion an der HTWG. 

Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei allen bedanken, die mit uns diese Woche im Namen der Nachhaltigkeit so erfolgreich gemacht haben! Ein großes Dankeschön auch an euch alle. Vielen Dank für euer Engagement und eure Begeisterung, ohne euch wäre die Public Sustainability Week nicht so besonders geworden, wie sie war!

Wir hoffen, dass die Public Sustainability Week euch inspiriert und empowered hat. Gemeinsam können wir alle dazu beitragen, eine grünere und nachhaltigere Zukunft zu schaffen :)

Our review of Public Sustainability Week 2023 in the winter semester.

Public Sustainability Week 2023 was the first of its kind and a joint project of many university groups and the Green Offices of the HTWG and the university. The focus was on the current climate catastrophe. We dealt with the topic in a variety of ways in public lectures at the university and HTWG, workshops and a wide range of activities. There was a lot of discussion about sustainability in our own lives, questions about our own influence on the climate catastrophe and reporting on certain climate risks in public. We were active, for example, through a waste collection campaign, bag and second-hand goods offers, a demo, a table fair and a panel discussion at the HTWG. 

We would like to thank everyone who made this week so successful with us in the name of sustainability! A big thank you to all of you too. Thank you for your commitment and enthusiasm, without you Public Sustainability Week would not have been as special as it was!

We hope that Public Sustainability Week has inspired and empowered you. Together we can all contribute to creating a greener and more sustainable future :)
