In September 2022, the German parliament updated the Infektionsschutzgesetz (German federal law on the prevention and control of infectious diseases) for the coming autumn and winter. The following regulations and recommendations are currently in effect on our campus:
- Please note the hygiene concept as well as current university news concerning the coronavirus.
- In the current pandemic situation, we strongly recommend that all university members and visitors wear either a medical mask or an FFP2 face mask on the campus. This helps protect you and those around you, including people from vulnerable groups. FFP2 masks provide a particularly high level of protection.
- We recommend that all university members ventilate their rooms regularly and follow the advice of the German Federal Centre for Health Education (BZgA) on protecting against infection through hygiene measures.
- Our in-house physician provides advice on infection prevention. Staff members may also get coronavirus vaccinations during working hours.
