Administrative charges are only applied in certain circumstances (e.g. payment delinquency). Moreover, the University of Konstanz library collects library fees in specific situations and for specific reasons.
Administrative charges in accordance to the statutes include:
- Late fee for delayed re-registration or insufficient payment (15 euros)
- Replacement charge for issuing a new student ID card (10 euros)
- Fee for duplicating documents relating to final examinations (15 euros per document)
- Fee for withdrawn or rejected objections during administrative proceedings (20 to 150 euros)
