Declining admission
If the status of your application is "Enrolment requested" or "Enrolment in progress", please go to "Withdraw enrolment request" in your ZEuS-Acount.
If your status is already "Enrolled", please email the contact person indicated in your current letter of admission (available in your ZEuS account.
Important! If you decline your admission before 1 April or 1 October respectively, the semester will not be counted towards the total number of semesters you are enrolled at a German university.
Refunds
Have you already paid the semester fee? Then you can request a refund for the administrative fee as well as the fees for Seezeit student services and the student body. The same applies to the tuition fees for international students and second degree studies.
If we have already sent you the UniCard and the student data sheet (Leporello), please return them to us along with your refund request.
